What is your shipping policy for oversized furniture?

Oversized items are shipped via specialized freight carriers. We offer Curbside Delivery as standard, but White Glove Delivery—which includes room-of-choice placement and packaging removal—can be selected at checkout for an additional fee.

How long will it take to receive my order?

In-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days. For custom or made-to-order furniture, lead times vary between 8 to 16 weeks depending on the artisan and material availability. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on most non-furniture items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original packaging. Please note that custom furniture, lighting, and floor samples are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Do you offer trade discounts for interior designers?

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders for in-stock items can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has entered the shipping process or a custom production cycle has begun, we are unable to make modifications or cancellations.
